AI often learns from biased data, reinforcing inequalities that impact women in hiring, health, and daily life. UN Women warns AI may amplify gender bias and silence women’s voices.
That’s where WOW-ME (Women on Work Market – Maximising Empowerment) comes in.
This Erasmus+ project helps women re-enter the workforce and use AI in their careers, through career guidance and hands-on digital skills training.
Developed by Rovnovážka, our Toolkit teaches women to:
- Understand what AI is
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Notion, and Gemini
- Build AI-powered resumes
- Boost confidence and critical thinking
Tested across 4 countries and available soon on the ICARUS AI E-Learning platform, WOW-ME helps women turn digital barriers into opportunities.
