Introducing the EAC Impact Series
Taking creative action and stepping into public dialogue can feel intimidating. For young people, fear of judgment, perceived lack of authority, or digital hostility often acts as an invisible barrier to participation.
To help educators, trainers, and youth workers address these challenges, Evolutionary Archetypes Consulting SL (EAC) is launching the EAC EMPOWER Impact Series – a long-term online learning journey comprising 30 free weekly sessions from September 2026 to April 2027.
Six Learning Cycles
Combining practical Train the Trainer workshops, youth virtual exchanges and collaborative showcases, the series is organised into six progressive learning cycles:
- Safe Space
- Professional Equity
- Mutual Value
- Constructive Validation
- Sustainable Growth
- Self-Awareness
Through these interconnected cycles, participants will strengthen their confidence, facilitation skills, self-awareness and capacity to help young people transform ideas into meaningful community action.
Session 1: Finding Your Voice & Presence (Safe Space)
The opening event on Thursday, 24 September 2026, serves as an interactive HATE-LESS Train the Trainer session titled Finding Your Voice & Presence.
Drawing upon non-formal education principles and concepts inspired by Steven Pressfield’s book “The War of Art”, this 90-minute workshop explores the force of inner resistance. Participants will examine how self-doubt manifests in creative projects and learn structured facilitation techniques to help young people transform hesitation into proactive, values-based video storytelling.
What You Will Explore
During the session, participants will:
- Deconstruct Inner Resistance: Understand how fear and self-censorship operate when individuals attempt to share their authentic viewpoints and creative outputs.
- Reframe Hesitation as Direction: Learn how to treat self-doubt not as a stop sign, but as valuable data indicating where creative growth is needed.
- Build Your Own Table: Explore how young people can create their own spaces for participation, visibility, and belonging when they are not offered a seat at existing tables.
- Overcome Inner Resistance: Collect arguments to counter inner resistance holding us back from showing up and overcome your inner resistance by doing the opposite.
- Master Participatory Video Tools: Apply the HATE-LESS non-formal methodology to design video storytelling activities that counter hate speech and promote mutual understanding.
- Acquire Ready-to-Use Activities: Gain a complete, adaptable training module ready to deploy in local youth centres, classrooms, or community workshops.
Who Should Attend?
This session is designed for youth workers, trainers, educators, and facilitators who want to support young people in moving past self-doubt and becoming confident, values-based digital storytellers.
No prior film production experience is required. The session emphasizes accessible, lightweight digital tools that can be implemented with standard smartphones and everyday software.
