Building Safer Digital Spaces Through Education and Cooperation
Research shows that hate speech spreads up to ten times faster than positive content on social media. The Erasmus+ project HATE-LESS responds to this challenge by empowering young people and educators to counter hate speech through education, empathy, and critical thinking.
By combining media literacy with empathy-based learning, the project helps communities develop the skills needed to replace hostility with dialogue and celebrate diversity; both online and offline.
Through innovative tools, participatory methods, and collaboration among partners across Europe, HATE-LESS promotes inclusion and digital well-being, fostering a safer and more respectful online environment for all.
