Day 2 Reflections: Inspired by Barcelona’s Narratives at LTTA Meeting 2 🌟
Our second day at the WOW-ME LTTA Meeting 2 in Barcelona was nothing short of magical, blending empowerment, exploration, and connection in a city brimming with cultural and historical significance.
💡 Discovering Barcelona’s Narratives:
We began at the awe-inspiring Sagrada Familia, immersing ourselves in the beauty of its architecture and the narratives of women reflected in its design. This visit was a reminder of the unique paths women take in crafting their stories, symbolized by the Virgin Mary in Gaudí’s masterpiece.
A walk through Barcelona’s vibrant streets led us to reflect on the city as a beacon of empowerment, celebrating the resilience and creativity that define its history. From Port Olímpico and Barceloneta to El Born and other Catalan landmarks, we immersed ourselves in the narratives of a culture that has been preserved and enriched by the strength of its women.
🎭💃 Dancing to the Rhythm of Empowerment:
Our flamenco session at the Escuela De Baile José De La Vega brought the archetype of the Wild Woman to life—bold, resilient, and unrestrained. Through rhythm and movement, we explored flamenco’s rich history as a powerful expression of independence and resistance. This art form inspired us to embrace our untamed spirit, reclaim our voices, and channel creativity in our career narratives.
🗣️ Closing Conversations:
We wrapped up with heartfelt feedback on the training, discussed future plans, and said farewell, enriched by the wisdom and creativity shared during this incredible meeting.
🌈 A special thanks to our inspiring partners — Rovnovazka, Norsensus Mediaforum, and FUTUREG — Franjo Brkan for his empowering training and to Barcelona for being the perfect host city for this journey of empowerment and collaboration.
