Through LTTA2 in Barcelona, they worked on narrative building and employer personas, helping women craft compelling stories and align their skills with employer expectations. It’s all about getting women job-ready and confident in their career paths!

Rovnovážka hosted LTTA1 in Frýdek-Mistek, focusing on digital skills and AI for women. By equipping women with IT tools and strategies for work-life balance in the digital world, Rovnovážka is ensuring they are well-prepared for today’s dynamic job market, opening doors to new opportunities!

Norsensus will host LTTA4 in Oslo, with a focus on design thinking for employability and communication skills. By providing training on supporting women returning to work after maternity leave, Norsensus helps ensure that women can re-enter the workforce with renewed confidence and strength. Their commitment to empowering women through digital media and civic participation is paving the way for meaningful societal contributions.

FutuReg will host LTTA3 in Bratislava, focusing on HR career coaching for women entering or re-entering the workforce.
