Our team from Evolutionary Archetypes Consulting SL 🇪🇸 traveled to Bratislava to meet our inspiring partners FUTUREG 🇸🇰, Rovnovazka 🇨🇿, Norsensus Mediaforum 🇳🇴— with one shared goal – to support women, particularly those with fewer opportunities, to (re)enter the job market with confidence, skills, and digital tools.WOW-ME project Co-Funded by the EU – 2023-2-ES01-KA210-ADU-00018355
Partners explored innovative and effective methods to train and support women through storytelling, experiential learning, and career design strategies. From recruitment and interview prep to digital presence and personal branding, each session provided powerful tools to tackle barriers and embrace new opportunities.💡🧰
Highlights included:
✨ Engaging sessions led by Lívia Bott Domonkos on 2025 job market trends, motivation, storytelling with the STAR method, entrepreneurship, and building a personal brand
✨ Real-world simulations, salary negotiation workshops, self-assessment tools, and digital networking activities🎨 Cultural empowerment was part of the experience too! We explored #Bratislava’s vibrant spirit through Art Therapy – a powerful and transformative experience with Sona Cermakova Ulicna – the Hana exhibition, the #BratislavaCastle, SNP Bridge & UFO, tasty moments at FACH Bratislava, and even a dinner on the #Danube (Bratislava Tourist Board Official). 🏰🌉🛶🍰A special thanks to Lívia Bott Domonkos for her powerful activation, and to all partners for co-creating an inspiring, transformative experience for women ready to step into or return to the workforce. 🙌✨
We’re proud to build spaces where women’s stories, strengths, and potential lead the way. 💪💫
