The course begins with core software engineering concepts and definitions before examining software lifecycle models and development process frameworks.

Learners can then explore Agile and DevOps approaches, alongside formal methods and model-driven architecture. The course also covers microservices and includes an introduction to ChatGPT usage in software development.
