The EMBRACE Future project continues its mission to support children and teenagers ages 6-18 with engaging materials tailored to each age group:

This week, we’re excited to share the high school video:

🎬 In this story, Alex feels scattered and exhausted, until Ana and Alex+ introduce him to the secret of cognitive well-being. Together, they discover how to “upgrade” the brain with smart everyday habits:
• Taking breaks from screens to reset
• Moving your body for rocket-fuel focus
• Tapping into the superpower of sleep
• Strengthening your brain by noticing emotions
• Simple daily recharges: journaling, walks, saying “no” when needed
