This conference will bring together a diverse ecosystem of students, young professionals, representatives of universities, schools, VET providers, youth organisations, researchers, policymakers and creative-industry professionals from Germany, Spain, Portugal, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.

A Look at the Day’s Agenda
The event is designed to balance deep-dive research with practical, collaborative workshops:
- 10:00 – 10:20 | Opening Session: Welcome remarks by Nevladina Organizacija GLAS (NVO GLAS) and consortium representatives, with an introduction to project objectives.
- 10:20 – 10:45 | From Research Findings to Innovative Learning Solutions: A breakdown of our data and how it directly informed the training program.
- 11:00 – 12:30 | Voices from the Creative Industries: An interactive panel discussion featuring success stories from young professionals across our partner countries.
- 12:30 – 13:00 | DigiCreate Learning Resources & Digital Platform Demo: A live showcase of our modules, gamification elements, and future learning opportunities.
- 14:00 – 15:30 | Collaborative Working Groups: Interactive rooms where you can choose to dive deep into Youth Employment, Creative Skills Development, or AI & Emerging Technologies.
- 15:30 – 16:00 | Presentation of Recommendations & Closing Session: Gathering the key insights from our working groups to help shape the future of the sector.
Registration Process:
Participation is completely free, but spaces are limited. While the event is open internationally, the selection process will place a special focus on applicants residing within our six consortium partner countries: Germany, Spain, Portugal, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
The selection process wraps up on 10 July 2026. Shortly after, selected participants will receive a confirmation email.
