Q: We have a number of forms and ways to connect with staff
and elected officials on our websites; however, we have no
way of tracking whether staff received these forms or
responded to them. As such, the Communications team
receives all of them and forwards and tracks them by hand—
very labor intensive! A system for assigning and tracking
requests on the back end is not a requirement, but would be a
great bonus.
A: ENKI will incorporate a digital record and form
tracking system that will allow for the ease of finding and
processing records and forms for processing
