Q: Receiving Notifications
A: The portal will send to the users with the role of “Content manager” notifications regarding the publication of new / modified articles.
Response: Content managers, will receive a notification that content is ready to be published or has been altered, pending their approval. This workflow could be used on specific tags or all of content

The portal will send users with the role of “Content editor” notifications regarding the publication of new / modified articles or their rejection.
Response: After Content managers will approve or revert content, Content editors will receive an email informing them of the status.

The portal will send to the users with the role of “Portal administrator” notifications regarding the events that affect the security of the portal (unsuccessful authentication of users, etc.).
Response: We care about security. Admins will receive notifications related to:
Success. This is the type of notice you’ll see when making changes to your website (such as a plugin install or activation) and it goes off without a hitch.
Error. As its name implies, you’ll see this type of message if there’s something wrong with your website. Typically this is used when a plugin or theme generates an error.
Warning. You’ll see this type of notice pop up when a plugin or website component is working, but not working as expected.
Information. This type of admin notice is perfect to communicate simple bits of information.
We can also add custom notifications. A use of plugin for this is recommended.

The portal will send to the users with the role of “Authenticated user ” notifications the at each stage (status) of the examination of the application (request).
Response: Same as above, such notifications are feasible using WordPress core, custom code or plugins.
The portal will send to the users with the role of “Examination Specialist” notifications upon receipt of new requests, their cancellation by the Applicant, payment of the invoice.
Response: Same as above, such notifications are feasible using WordPress core, custom code or plugins.

The portal will send to the users with the role of “Accounting Specialist” notifications upon receipt of new invoices, cancellation by the Applicant, payment of the invoice via mPay.
Response: Same as above, such notifications are feasible using WordPress core, custom code or plugins.
